After payment is completed, the recipient will receive their Airtime either automatically loaded on to their phone or as an SMS containing a top up PIN and instructions on how to load it.

The Airtime top up PIN or auto load is generally received within 5 - 30 seconds.

If you experience a problem with or during the transaction, please email us right away at support@sendairtime.com, include your contact number and the transaction number provided to you at time of purchase. We will investigate and issue a refund if we find you were charged for an incomplete transaction. We however do not provide refunds for successfully completed transactions.
